Easy Cream of Asparagus Soup
1 can of asparagus spears - 15oz.
1 can of chicken broth - 14 oz.
1/4 cup of FF half and half
seasonings to taste. I use Rosemary, and Mrs Dash Table ready.
partially drain the asparagus. blend in your food processor or blender. Combine broth and asparagus. Bring just to a simmer, and add a dash of onion powder, and 1/2 to 1 tsp of rosemary, or your favorite seasoning.
At the last minute, add the half and half. Ready to serve.
You can also garnish with some cheese, parmesan, or feta. Personal taste. Enjoy!
