Italian Cream Soda
 

i realized that this yummy drink is phase one appropriate and a great treat!!

2 tbsp. sf syrup
1 c. club soda
1 tbsp. ff half & half

mix any flavor of sf syrup with club soda and the splash of ff half & half over ice and you have an aaaamazing creamy italian soda! feels like cheating, but you're not! (:

I found this AMAZING product, Manhattan Special Diet Espresso Soda. I don't know if it's available outside of the NYC metro, but you can order it online. 1/2 cup, with 1/2 cup milk tastes like the most decadent egg cream you can imagine. Even my totally diet-adverse BF is hooked.

When I can't locate it, which is pretty often, I go with Waist Watchers Chocolate Fudge Soda and milk. Not as rich, but still a great P1 treat.

Can you send me where on the net you can order Manhatten Special Diet Expresso?
As an x-New Yorker I really need an egg cream.

I was looking at that companies website and their diet stuff has aspartame in it...which I heard was more bad for you then regular sugar :(
