Exclamation Flax Crust

I experimented with this Sunday Night and finally had it as part of my quiche today
I melted probably 1/3-1/2 cup Smart balance light in the micro
stirred in 1/2 cup Milled Flax
1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese
salt Pepper and Dried Minced onion

Since I've never Made any kind of pressed crust before I was nervous and sprayed the pie pan with cooking spray tho it was probably over kill

Pressed it in and let it bake about 8 ish minutes
It gives a yummy and fiber component to my quiche
you probably could do it sweet with splenda and cinamon

The hubby microwaves ground flax seed with an egg and some other ingredients. I didn't much care for it, but he has been missing bread more than me, so he found a substitute he can live with.
