Default Vanilla Chill Milkshake

Okay, I just invented this and I thought it tasted pretty darn good - and it's nice and cool for this icky, humid weather. Even my 4 year old wandered off with a glass of it.

3/4 c. FF milk
1 tbsp. ricotta
1/3 c. ff plain yogurt
3 tsp. Splenda
3 tsp. vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tbs. fiber
ice cubes

Plop it all in the blender and blend until smooth. It will not be thick, but if you add several ice cubes, it will be nice a cold and refreshing.

We drank it right away, but let me know if you try it frozen. I'm curious how it would turn out. Btw, this was my afternoon snack.

Yum! And you could add some egg white from the carton to up the protein without adding too many calories.
Change isnít easy. But if you donít change, you stay the same, and whereís the fun in that?
