Phase 1 Thousand Island Salad Dressing
I got this recipe from RecipeZaar (recipe #100355) and just tweaked the ingredients to be SB friendly--here are the SB ingredients I used:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (I actually used Nasoya's soy-based mayo)
2 tablespoons One Carb ketchup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1.5 teaspoons Splenda (it called for 2t sugar, so use however much Splenda you prefer)
2 teaspoons no sugar added sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon finely minced white onions (I used about 1/2 tsp onion powder)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
Combine all ingredients, cover, and allow to sit for at least an hour in the fridge before serving.
I already made this, and I REALLY like it!

Weight on morning of DS surgery: 308.5
Got down to about 185 before pregnancy;
