AVOCADO-SERRANO SALSA

2 Large avocados (about 1 lb.), peeled, pitted, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 Roma tomato
3 tbsp. minced red onion
4 tsp. minced serrano chile, with seeds
2 tsp. minced fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tsp. salt

carefully fold all ingredients together in a mixing bowl
