Seven weeks ago, I decided to change my eating habits. So far, I have lost 22 lbs. I have felt better than I have in a long time. I now know from research and just from reading other posts, that I need to make a lifetime commitment to the changes that I have made. I have started walking and even working out to an exercise DVD
. I have felt muscles in my body I forgot even existed. This is just one of many mini-goals I know I will achieve.
