I know it's a small goal but, for the past nine months, I have so wanted to be able to jog. It was always so tedious, so boring and pure ****. So, I only had managed slow jogs for five minutes at a time. But, today, I decided to try it for a longer period of time. I managed 22 straight minutes.
My heart rate was in the aerobic zone the whole time, and I didn't stop once. I only went 4.5mph but it's a start. I should also mention that yesterday was leg day and my quads were KILLING me but I still did it. I am so proud of myself! I just had to share with the world.
