The system I use to track my calories and exercise has a report that you can run showing all the exercise you logged in the past year. Yesterday I looked at the report for the first time:
Since Dec 12 of last year, which is when I first started logging my exercise, I have completed 11,000 minutes of exercise. How huge is that (okay, it's only 183 hours, which doesn't sound quite so impressive--I think I'll stick with the minutes)! It's a total of 86,000 caloried burned!
