I wanted to break 170 before my birthday on Tuesday and I did it. I am at 169 today. I started the C25K program last week and I believe the exercise is helping. I've managed to lose 19 lbs since Aug 19 so I am pretty excited. It has started slowing a bit but I'm okay with that. I hung my size 8 jeans up in my workroom as incentive to keep going.
