    Well, I just took my measurements today for the first time in about 2 1/2 months, and here's the deal:

    Thighs: 1" Loss
    Waist: 2" Loss
    Hips: 1" Loss
    Chest: 1" Loss
    Arms: 1" Loss

    Total: 6 INCHES LOST!!!!!!
