well went for weigh in I had dropped 2 pounds which is good since the scale had not moved for awhile. I changed my diet and it is working well so far and feel like I know I can do this and stay on it. I want to get to goal and I will try until I get there even if it is a slow weightloss but at least I have not gained it and the dietician had said she hoped that I will not gain the weight I have lost back and I said there was no way I was going to do that since it has taken so long to get this far.
