How many pounds did you lose during the month of August? We want to know! You don't have to tell us how much you weigh, but we would really love it if you will tell us how many pounds you lost.

I lost 5 pounds since August 14!!!!!

Of all months to completely fall off the wagon. This is the first month since I started counting calories that I didn't lose any weight. I am about at maintenance anyway, so I wasn't really expecting to lose much, and then I had houseguests for a week and the diet went south. Oh well, if I didn't lose any weight, maybe I can at least win a prize!
