Smile I am in Wonderful Onderland!!

I hit 199.5 this morning! I may be reporting prematurely, you know how things can go south in a hurry, but I am so excited. I have not seen a number that starts with a 1 on the scale in about 20 years! Hip Hip Hooray for me!! Woo and a Hoo! Kick ***!

I just started to run and I guess it is paying off.

I am just pumped up!!

Good Morning Cheryl, Congrats on breaking you cycle and being below
200. I remember how fantastic i felt when i went below 200. I was on
cloud nine that whole day. Felt like i could do anything. You are just
starting on your journey ann you will get to goal!! This board sounds like
there is alot of support here!! It is very important for your weight loss
journey. I have had my ups and down.I had to get my right thinking
going on. It has been a ride i will never forget. We all have the power
to change and lose the weight!! I believe it all starts in our minds. I will
post some before and after picures , when i reach my goal!! It is just
a thing i have . I dont have many , since i shyed from the camera.
for so long. Again thanks for the welcome and girl keep on a trucking.
You can do it!! The most important thing to remember, if you go off
your program for weight loss. Forgive yourself and dust and pick
yourself up and get back on. Cheryl have a great sunday and hope to
see you around.

I'm so excited for you! You are right about knowing that you will be fluxuating back and forth for a little while around the border. When I reached Onederland I considered myself as just holding a visa to Onderland. And I really needed it because I went back and forth for quite awhile.
