40 Pounds Gone!!!
Finally I have lost 40 pounds. I started this journey on April 28th so its been a little over 3 months now. The weight loss seems to be slowing but I am determined to make 150 by my birthday in less than 3 months. Just wanted to share!

I love to read the success posts myself. It gives me hope, especially when I hit those dreaded plateaus!!! This is the first time I've actually succeeded in eating right my whole life. Normally diets for me are just to eat M&M's instead of food, etc, LOL
