Default July Goal

I found out today that I've lost the 10 pounds I was trying to drop.
So instead of 289, I'm now 279. Not a huge weight lose, but for my goal to be started in July, i think it's fantastic.

10 lbs is a big deal and you should be proud of yourself...I think seeing a difference is just enough motivation to keep us moving along sometimes.
