July 16th's Progress

  • This week I lost another 4 pounds! I have continued to lose 4 pounds every week for the past 3 weeks. So, I was at 334, now I'm at 330. Almost in the 20's!!! I'll be reaching 300 sooner than I know it.

    I still have not cheated, not even once. There were a few times that I thought "man I could use a hamburger right now." But I ignored that and said "no I really couldn't use that burger, there's no help it would give to me but taste satisfaction and that is totally not worth it. So I toughed it out and did a few things to keep my mind busy.

    Alway try to stay busy and your mind occupied because remember "The mind is the devils playground."

  • I'm eating mostly low-carb which is anything unprocessed, like meats and veggies, and ONLY drinking water.
