S/C/G: SW:226/16st - about 50lbs lost

Height: 5'8"

Default I said NO to the buffet!

I had my protein shake beforehand and a couple of apples, then I chewed gum all the way through the snacky talky bit while I was schmoosing people. I'm so proud!

Wow, now THAT takes strength and willpower!! Feels much better afterwards (than feeling stuffed, depressed, lethargic - I've been there unfortunately!).

GREAT JOB!

And I am proud of YOU too! Now don't you feel MUCH better than you would if you had eaten that buffet?
