Default Really Fast Results!
Someone who I see every morning in class asked me the other day if I was losing weight! It was so great that he noticed, since I have only been at it for 2 1/2 weeks and I have only lost about 2 pounds (and about 10 inches)! Now I really know that this exercise program is working. All I have to do is stick with it... of course that's easier said than done, but I'm working on that.

10 inches in 2 weeks??!! That's awesome. Inches do show more than pounds. That's so great someone noticed. What a way to boost your ego!!!
