Talking Small victory...

I just weighed myself. I told myself id only weigh once a month, but i cheated. It said i was down 6 lbs! I sure the majority was water weight, but some has gotta be fat cause I worked my butt off last week. Still makes me happy!

Congrats!!!

In the beginning, even if it is water weight you aren't retaining that water anymore!! So that is definately a victory!!

Congrats! I wouldnt be able to only weight once a month. I do it once a week. That way I know if Im staying on track alittle better. You should be proud of that 6 pounds even if some is water weight. It's good that you are no longer retaining the water. : )

I weigh myself everyday too, can't help it, makes me more aware of what I am eating. Since I have just recentely joined onderland I want to make sure I am here to stay. Even though my weight does fluctuate quite a bit I love seeing a number that I have not seen in awhile.

Keep up the good work everyone!
