My weight loss has been a very slow process but I've told that if your weight loss is slow you are less likely to gain the weight back. I hope that's true cause I do not want to gain all of my weight back once I get to my overall goal. I still have a long way to go. My overall goal is 150. I'm 261 as of yesterday.

Wow, that's amazing! Congrats on your hard work! It takes a lot of discipline and dedication to lose that much weight. Stick with it, don't give up!
