Hi All,
So, my mini goal is to ditch the red bull for a week - this may seem silly to some but I have had an addiction for quite a while and it no way helps with my ever growing dress size!
I haven't had a can since Friday and I feel good! Hoping this means I have lost a couple of lbs without trying too!
It's been tough and I'm sure that will continue but I will hopefully see a small difference on the scales Friday and this will spur me on!
