Default I had my blood pressure taken...
AND THE CUFF DIDN'T BURST OPEN!

AND THE ELECTRONIC MACHINE WORKED! (usually they have to use the manual pump for me!)

AND IT WAS A TEXTBOOK RESULT!

Three things that made me insanely happy and proud of myself.
Its amazing to see small differences like that. Not only am I shrinking, i'm getting healthier too! My nurse was so pleased as well. She didn't know i'd been losing so it was a nice surprise for her.

Good for you! I hate the nurse on a stick (that's what my clinic calls it) as it always registers me as dead and keeps tightening until it bursts open or I say NO MORE.

Keep up the good work and remain healthy with those great numbers!
