Default 10 lbs gone this month!
Started a new eating plan this month, I am proud to say that I have lost 10 lbs. (so far!)
My weight skyrocketed during school, now I have landed a new job and have been able to bring healthy foods in my lunchbox. I can recall at least 3 times this month that well meaning new co workers have offered me "binge" foods (pizza, Thai food, chocolate chip cookies) where I have politely declined (where I normally would have eaten those goodies).

I am proud of my willpower and ability to stick to my plan. I am pleased with the results!

Thank you for your encouragement! I have needed to lose weight for a long time, my weight goes up and down all the time - it goes up when I don't watch what I eat and it goes down with a lot of planning and work.

I am determined to be more healthy. I hope I can keep up this progress; thank you for your kindness <3
