Thanks all.. It's been quite a journey... Looking for the root of why I ate & learning how to deal with my feelings head on, instead of stuffing them with food, has made this time stick.. I quit the diet cycle. It has made all the difference!

Thank you all! :-) As of yesterday I have let go of 115 lbs with less than 25 pounds to go till I am at my 1st goal!~ (As I have been obese 31 years, I have no idea what my maintenance weight will be.. +/- 10 pounds of 150 I suppose...)

The weight loss is huge, but the biggest thing for me is I no longer have cravings/binges/compulsive eating.

The assorted fad diets I tried in the passed suppressed cravings/binges while I followed the diet.. THe cravings ....and the weight...would return in full force when I quit the "diets". Accepting I was an emotional eater & learning how to deal with emotions/life without feeding/stuffing them with food, made all the difference!

Indigal on no longer being obese! It must feel awesome. I hope I get to overweight by December. Good Luck, with Your weight loss journey.
