Default First small step achieved
I weighed in at 17 stone 3.5lb last week at my first week of weight loss class (slimming world) last week... my initial goal was to get out of the 17 stone range..

first weeks weigh in was today, 5.5lb loss means I'm now 16 stone 10lb..

First goal met!

Truly thrilled as have been doing the challenges on here and daily weighing on my scales which showed a lower loss than my weight loss class scales.

Will keep daily weighing - doing the challenges on here though.

Congrats on the loss! The challenges/daily weigh-ins on here are amazing. I love the support this community provides.
