I'm excited to write my first post. This has been a long road for me. Over 25 years of continued frustration with losing weight. I will be 50 this coming December and wanted to give myself the biggest birthday present of all...good health for the rest of my life.
This time around, I started out at 234 pounds last May, 2014. In 2011, I had got down to my lowest weight since 1996 of 168 pounds and was in a size 8, but I gained it all back. I lost 10 pounds over the past year, but wasn't consistent. On May 28 of this year, I weighed in at 226, today, June 25, I am 214.
My next mini goal is between 210-211 by July 4th weekend.
