Default Halfway to Ultimate Goal!

I started around 206, it may have been higher as I actually started making changes before I was brave enough to step on scale.
First pic was right around 205, Second was 196, and third is yesterday around 182.
I'm hoping to be at my ultimate goal before the end of year.

Clean eating has definitely been the biggest part for me. Second was finding an exercise, cycling, that I love.

Wow! And congratulations!!! You always looked beautiful, but now you're looking more confident and no longer hiding your face behind the camera! I totally agree with the "finding exercise you love". I love swimming and it helps keep me exercising even on days I feel lazy.

I totally believe you can make goal by the end of the year, maybe even sooner

You're doing amazing. Well done. I totally feeling the whole started-a-little-bit-before-going-near-a-scale thing. Scales are scary lol!

You looked amazing at your higher weight but I totally respect any and all motivations you have to get down to your goal weight.

Keep going. You can do it

Thanks guys! It was nice to have my coworkers starting to notice all the hard work I put in too. Scrubs hide a lot. I tried on a large dress and it just didn't look right and the lady came by and said, "oh you need a smaller size." I couldn't believe her...I never buy mediums...and this was express..always thought they ran small. She was right! I had to buy it because it was a medium!
