Default Half Way To Goal
I just realized I'm Halfway to my "dream" goal of 120pds. So I'm celebrating with my first ticker. Hope it comes thru. I've been so focused on getting under 200 that I lost sight of my real goal- To be a "healthy weight BMI wise. 129 would put me 3 pds under that and be a nice rounded off goal of having lost 170 pounds.

Wow, so inspiring! 85 pounds lost already is nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!!! Congratulations, you definitly earned it! Are you feeling physically better with some of that weight gone?

Thank You everyone and Sense- I do feel way better. Before- I could barely move from the couch- even to go to restroom, Used a wheel chair to get around, had to stare out the window at my garden. Now I'm walking to pull my garden sitter to weed in that garden- I never dreamed I'd be able to do that. So Yes I am physically better. I even walked ( with my cane) across the park to be able to be with my grandkids at the playset-Huge deal for me.
