Default Completely opposite of a scale victory
When I got on the scale yesterday, it informed me I had gained 1 1/2 pounds. I knew that regardless of weight, I have lost fat but I was frustrated and disappointed nonetheless.

A casual acquaintance just asked me, without any prompting on my part, if I had lost weight. So ha ha on you, dumb scale. YOU'RE WRONG.

I've had to start taking measurements as regularly as I get on the scale. I seem to be losing almost nothing, but since I'm building muscle as I lose fat they're canceling each other out! Frustrating to see a scale gain but it's good that you can remind yourself it's not your only measure of success!
