While out of town for the weekend, I dropped 2.6 pounds. That brought me under my first mini-goal. This is the first time ever
that I went out of town without gaining
weight, much less actually losing
I tried on a pair of shorts today that I haven't been able to wear in at least 3 years and was able to wear them. About a week ago, I tried them on and could get them zipped, but they were still too tight to wear. Today I am wearing them...woohoo!!!
