Passed the 150lbs mark this morning. What an amazing journey it has been so far. Thanks for the inspiration, support and motivation.

Still working on my mental journey as sometime see the progress and others i still see my old self but i am def' amazed how far i have come.

thanks for the compliment. i recall my first week just how daunting it was to see those triple digits but i took it day by day and lb by lb and it def adds all up.
