1st Mini Goal
My first mini goal is two parts -
1: Stick to week 1 of Atkins induction with no mistakes
2: Drop 10lbs during week 1
1: I have not strayed not one time.
2. I have lost 12 lbs in one week.
Now on to week 2!!!
Three part mini-goal:
1. Pay closer attention to carbs from veggies and make sure I get 12-15 per day
2. Keep calories betwen 1200-1500
3. Loose 8 additional pounds
*** I know loosing 10 lbs a week is not 'normal' and should not be expected all the time. However I have a total of 175lbs to loose so weight will drop quicker off of me and I only anticipate these kinds of results during the first 2 weeks of induction on Atkins. After that my goal is 2lbs per week.

Good job sticking to your plan, whoo hoo! We aren't always in control of what the scale says, so to me, making a goal to stick to your plan and then DOING IT is so MAJOR!
i noticedy our ticker is from my fitness pal -- do you use that to log foods? If so, do you find it works well for Atkins?
I'm using Atkins carb counter right now but so many features of myfitnesspal I really like.
