I am fairly new to these forums. With joy, I announce that I have met my 1st mini-goal of down by 25 pounds this morning!
(I should also say I also met my 1st obstacle to exercising within this timeframe from my Arthritis of the Knee!). I never used to exercise before, but something motivated me back in January 2014 that I began my weight-loss journey on 30th of January! I am just a few pounds away from Onederland -- being currently at 203 lbs. This weight I had never been in the past 4 years! My ultimate goal is to get down to the ideal weight for my 5'6" frame of being 150 lbs. The Knee Arthritis has sure posed some problems but I am busy figuring out alternatives for exercising despite it so if I lose a lot and get down to 150, even the Arthritis should improve!
