I've always been more of a lurker than a poster on this forum, but today, I weighed myself and saw that I was halfway to my goal weight! After reaching my highest weight in 2012, I lost 15 pounds and managed to keep that off. Further progress stalled though, probably due to crappy eating habits. On February 18, 2014, I decided to start taking boxing classes and change my eating habits. It's been hard, especially the eating better thing, but over the past eight weeks I lost 19 pounds and brought myself to the halfway point. Now, clothes fit better, I can move around easier, and I feel stronger. I still have so much more work to do, but I feel so much better at this weight. Hopefully there will be more progress to report in the next several months!
