So I'm on week 28 of the Ideal Protein diet. Since starting on October 2, 2013, I'm down 117.8lbs! So stinking excited because I FINALLY hit 50% of my goal.. only 117.6lbs to go till I'm at my goal of 160. Total weight loss since my highest weight is 364.4lbs.. Yeah. Super excited me
As a reference, when I was at my highest, I wore a size 9/10x (knit clothing only, they didn't make jeans that big). Today my tops are a size 1x (some larges, but they're still snug. Bottoms I went from wearing only sweats/knits to a size 22 jeans comfortably. I have a few that are from a different manufacturer that are size 18, but they're super stretchy.
I'm finally getting healthy. I'm becoming the person I want to be. That's the best goal of all.
