Smile My Journey sofar...

Success story sofar :

*Bought myself a new Gillet in January. I could hardly wear it, it felt like a sausage skin on me, but I kept it aside and as I lost weight it would eventually fit.

By the beginning on February I could wear it, COMFORTABLY even with a thicker pullover under it. Goal #1 reached!

*Bought myself some size 16 work trousers (they are small in size and not stretchy.)

I wore them for the first time comfortably last week! Goal #2 reached!

My last weigh in showed more than a total of 2 stone loss! (28 lb)

Goal #3 reached!

I have 2 more goals... the 3st loss (42 lb)
Getting pregnant ..

Goal #4 (in progress)
Goal #5 (in progress)

Thank you for reading, I don't have anyone outside this forum to talk to regarding dieting or weight loss, so if "overshare" here please don't be upset.
