My mini goal!

  • Hi everyone!

    I've just started my weight loss mission, it's been 4 days and my aim is to set myself a mini goal for each month. I started at 110 kilos (242.50 pounds) My first weigh in is this Sunday and every other Sunday, by the end of 4 weeks I will post how much I've lost in total I just need to keep motivated (and stay away from the kitchen!)
    This site has really helped with the motivation, I know I can do it!

  • My first weigh in was yesterday and I am ecstatic to say that I have lost 5.3 kilos in one week!!!!!

    I did work VERY hard for it though! Now to start again from today and weigh in next Sunday
