I've lost 16.4 lbs in 10 days
The first 5 were a juice cleanse, and the last 5 were by being on keto (basically low carb, <25 carbs/day). My goal is 30 lbs in my first month! I still have almost 3 weeks to get the last 13.5 off!
I'm just so excited. People at work have noticed, too. I've lost 3 inches off my hips, 1.5 from my waistline, an inch from my bra line, and 1.5 inches from my neck. While doing this, I think I've discovered that I might've been glucose intolerant this whole time, so being on keto is actually helping me all around.
I'm just thrilled
and wanted to shared my happiness!
