Hey all I have a non scale victory I would like to share. Although my scale isn't moving I must be losing inches bc my pants are starting to sag I put on a pair of old jeans that I used to wear all the time today and I was constantly pulling my pants up. :) Im going to use this as motivation to keep going. It gets frustrating when the scale stays the same.
