I had my first 2 workouts at Curves! And I am so sore lol But I have so much more energy! I want to do more, and more! Now I just need to work on eating better. I have the worst sweet tooth!

I have been walking more but this morning was the first time I did my Davina workout DVD. I was a bit rubbish, and used to be much better but managed 30mins so have officially started exercising. Yay! I have been putting it off since the New Year...
