This is my first time starting a new thread, but I found this article a little while ago about changing one habit every week (I can't post a link, sorry :/)
The article talks about changing one thing at a time, so as not to overdo it right away and end up quitting. I decided I'd work it into my own plans and set goals regarding the steps. The coolest thing to me is that some of the weeks, the goal isn't just "drink more water" or "eat healthy fats" but intangible things like "love yourself" which I think is so important to improving your life.
My goal this week, in addition to walking everywhere that I need to go instead of driving, is to increase my water intake. I did pretty well yesterday, but today is looking to be more of a drag. I have a 22 oz water bottle, and my goal is to refill it and drink the whole thing at least 3 times over the course of the day.
Here's to water, I guess!
