My mini goals for this week:
I want to lose 3 pounds.
I am going to use the pool at least 3 times a day.
My goal for this week is to come up with a better detail of a diet. I have been trying different things the last 3 months so I am going to try to find one I really like and still to it. I am proud (Y) that I met my goal for last week; my revised goal. the first goal was unrealistic.
I am going to get a tape measure and measure myself. I need to see what is going on ther.
Anyway the most important goal is to get fit and healthier.
