I just accepted my first nursing job and now that I don't have the stress of "how am I going to pay this bill"=eating binges/depression.
I am focused on improving my life not just the number on the scale (which I just put away). I'm not going to focus on how much I weigh, how much I should weigh or what I need to lose. I have about 10 days before day 1 of my job to get myself started.
My mini goal is simply to do exercise everyday: yoga/T25 and to eat sensibly. The weight will come off when it comes off. I have 2 months free yoga after winning a weight loss challenge and I hope I can stay off the scale until it's over at the end of march.
