I made a video to celebrate my last year of weight loss, and the amazing people in my life. It's so weird to see how my face has changed, and how much happier I've looked. Gosh, anyways, everyone enjoy me and the theme song I feel for everyone. ;)

As far getting started, @Mainely, you're at the right place. I have found that when I do not come here is when I have tipped the scales the other way.
