My ''halfway there'' goal
After having an BMI of 21 for most of my life, I've gained a lot of weight during my college years and was about 35 lbs overweight for two years.
I made it my priority to lose weight the healthy way by exercising and calorie counting. That worked like a charm and I lost 14lbs in four months and then 10 more during the next couple of months. However, I hit plateau and stopped working out. I basically gave up since I was no longer seeing results.
It's been a year since that and I have 10 more pounds to lose to reach a healthy weight.
I am 5'3'' and weigh 148lbs and would like to complete my weight loss in the next three months. I've come a long way from being 172lbs, but those 10 remaining pounds need to go as well.
Three months sounds like a reasonable amount of time.
I even have a workout plan and everything, and I'm hoping I'll stick to it like I did before.
