Yes, yes, yes - the last pounds are hard.
I've just met goal, though, and the weight is still slowly moving downward. I'll update the ticker at the next 5 lb down milestone.
You don't have to lose weight fast at this point, as long as your exercise plus diet, allows you to drop slowly that's the best you can hope for, because you will likely keep it off, as opposed to taking heroic measures to drop weight faster.
