I've been doing Atkins Induction for about a week, and am down 8lbs. Though I know that some of this is water weight, it really provides the motivation I require to stick with it going in to week 2. I know and have planned to cheat for the holidays, but I've made specific cheats that won't set me back very much if I stick to only those infractions.
I also have been trying to get back to the gym regularly, despite finals approaching.
Anywho, just wanted to boast, cuz I feel great and motivated. The quick loss at the beginning of Atkins is what makes me have that sustained drive.
