NSV Seatbelts
 

I have struggled putting on my seatbelt the last year or so. Now after losing 37 lbs I no longer struggle. It seems stupid but it is the first sign I have seen besides the scale that I have lost weight.

Great news! Sometimes it's the NSVs that keep us going and in the right frame of mind to stay on plan. NSVs are like a surprise gift.

It does not seem stupid at all! I too have been to a point where it was easier to just not wear a seat belt than struggle to get it on. This is huge, because every time you go to put that seat belt on, you will be reminded of how far you've come! Keep up the good work!

There are a lot of victories on this journey, but the nicest are the little things that you experience every day. Every time you fasten your seatbelt, that click will be like a little voice saying way to go!

What a big sign of progress ! I love it! I remember flying once while weighing 200+ and being afraid the seat belts wouldn't fit if I gained much more. I think your NSV is perfect!
