I recently hit my mini goal of losing 50 lbs! I am new to the forum, but not new to dieting. I have been using Sparkpeople for a few months. I have an overall goal of being 138, so I have 50 lbs to go! Woo hoo for being halfway there!
First goal: under 180: 3/4/15
Second goal: 175 or below: 3/24/15
Third goal: 168 (no longer overweight):
Fourth goal: 161 (what I weighed before I fell off):
Fifth goal: below 160:
Final goal: 145-155:
